With a passion for creating positive results and a passion for business, Talia Viggers transitioned organically into real estate after serving for over a decade as a leader in the non-profit and development sectors, both nationally and internationally. It was through those years she learned that the companies we are most emotionally connected to are the ones we trust with our greatest investments. Similarly, at the time of purchasing, selling or renting a property we often base our decisions using a combination of instinctive and cognitive reasoning. Talia realizes that a real estate transaction is not only one of the most financially significant transactions in a person's life, but it is also potentially one of the most meaningful and worthy of attention.
Caring about people is Talia's competitive advantage as a REALTOR®; she lives to make a difference to others. She is smart, strategic and a natural born communicator, negotiator and connector. To have her in your corner is to have someone standing shoulder-to-shoulder providing well researched information that will help you make wise decisions based on what is best for you and your family.
Talia focuses on Buckhead, Emory, Collier Hills, Midtown, Morningside, North Highlands, Piedmont Heights, Virginia Highland, Candler Park, Inman Park and Decatur. She enjoys working with a wide variety of clients from multi-million dollar homeowners to first-time buyers, as well as newcomers and members of the international community. She lives with her family in the North Druid Hills community. Her philanthropic contributions include: Arkady Burdan Foundation, Atlanta Food Bank and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
